Booking and Cancellation Policy

The full consultation fee must be paid at the time of booking. A link will be sent to you via email to make the payment using our secure payment provider “Square”. A full refund can be given if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

We understand that busy schedules can sometimes be unpredictable. However, to be fair to all parties, we kindly ask that you honour your appointment by attending on time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Unfortunately, if we do not receive timely notice and if cancelled with less than 48h notice, we will be unable to refund your booking fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
