2.2 We provide nutrition advice online or occasionally face-to-face between the hours of 7 am-9 pm Monday to Sunday. This service consists of pre-screening in the form of a discovery call and an information form completed by the client to ensure Eden Health and Nutrition can obtain information to confirm the services sought are within the remit and scope of practice available. We are under no obligation to obtain further information and/or continue to monitor any changes in such information but would expect any significant changes to be flagged by the client.
2.3 Timothy Eden, the health professional in relation to Eden Health and Nutrition, is regulated by the following bodies and has affiliations to the below:
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) – registered Dietitian
General Medical Council (GMC)
British Dietetic Association (BDA)
Medical Protection Society (MPS)
Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) - GP registrar

15.1 If We have your contact details, We may send you important notices by email. Such notices may relate to matters including, but not limited to, changes to Our Site or to these terms of use.

15.3 As part of Starter and Premium Packages, you'll receive personalised support via WhatsApp, with an average of one message per week, designed to provide tailored information and guidance; Eden Health and Nutrition aims to reply to your messages during working hours within 48 hours. Any use of copyrighted material within these limited, individual communications falls under fair use principles for educational and informational purposes related to your purchased programme.
16. Cancellation of Appointments
16.1 The full consultation fee must be paid at the time of booking. A link will be sent to you via email to make the payment using our secure payment provider “Square”. A full refund can be given if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.
16.2 We understand that busy schedules can sometimes be unpredictable. However, to be fair to all parties, we kindly ask that you honour your appointment by attending on time.
16.3 If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Unfortunately, if we do not receive timely notice and if cancelled with less than 48h notice, we will be unable to refund your booking fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
17.1 These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
18. Entire Agreement
18.1 These terms of use constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of Our Site, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
